The laboratory LISAPHARM was created in February 1999
The first medicament placed at the disposal of the Medical Practitioners is Précyclan in May 1999,
then Tensionorme in November 2001 , Inofer in September 2003 and Arolac in October 2004. |

The vocation of the laboratory LISAPHARM is to place at the disposal of the Medical Practitioners and the Pharmacists pharmaceutical products which can be: reimbursed or not by the Social Organisms, orphan drugs or destined to be exported.
Research contracts are currently conducted with Universities in order to develop new products in the fields of gynecology and dermatology. |

- The only complete symptomatic treatment of the premenstrual syndrome, in just one line of prescription.
- Combination at small doses of progesterone, a diuretic and an anxiolytic.

- Gynecology
- Progesterone, Meprobamate and Bendroflumethiazide globally treating the physical and psychological symptoms of the premenstrual syndrome.
|

- Original anti-anaemic associating an organic iron salt and an intestinal absorption promoter; the absorption of iron is increased by 30%. The digestive side effects of iron are reduced.
|
- Gynecology and all iron deficiency.
- Association of the ferrous succinate and the succinic acid, which allows reducing the quantity of iron administered and thus limits the undesirable effects.

- Synergic anti-hypertensive association at small doses of a thiazidic diuretic and reserpine (0.1mg).
- First line low-cost treatment of Hypertension.

- Cardiology (Anti-hypertensive products)
- Bendroflumethiazide (diuretic), promotes theexcretion of sodium.
- The reserpine small doses remove the capillary peripheral resistances.

- inhibitor of prolactin by a dopaminergic agonist preferential effect.
- Advantages compared to Bromocriptin :
* efficacity comparable to that of doses 10 to 12 times lower (0,2 mg/cp)
* terminal elimination (plasmatic ½ life, t1/2 β) of 2 to 3 hours (versus Bromocriptin ½ life of of 15h).
* the efficacy of low doses and the short ½ life à less accumulation à better tolerance profile

- gynaecology
- lisurid, inhibitor of prolactin of 2nd generation.
- 0,2 mg/tablet of lisurid
- Indications :
- inhibition of milk ascension .
- Clinical consequences of hyperprolactinemies.
- Amenorrhea, galactorrhea.
- Micro or macro prolactin hypophysary adenomes for both sexes.
